Europe’s first railway network was built here. This beautiful city hosts many festivals. It is even considered the largest art and cultural center in Central Europe. One of these festivals, the Budapest Spring Festival has been held uninterruptedly since 1981. Another big festival is the Budapest Summer Festival.
